A Hero begins as a person: someone with a homeland, relationships, a past, and a reason to move forward. Rhuna’s Hero tools help you find that beginning, then make it your own.

Choose how to begin

Create from Scratch in My Heroes guides you through your Origin Kind, automatically determined Seed, name, culture, inheritance, Pathways, Senses, personality and story, with choices and optional randomization along the way. Your draft can be resumed in this browser.

Hero Inspiration offers a starting story. Randomize until something catches your imagination, then use Choose This Hero to carry that inspiration into My Heroes. You can keep the details you love and change the rest.

Build the person and the play tools

The character story tools let you explore and edit a background. Continue with the Hero Sheet, the Hero Workspace, and the Bag Workshop. Explore Orvah anatomy for that Origin’s forms, or return to your saved collection.

Rhuna is a diceless, token-based tabletop role-playing game: your personal bag takes the place of rolling dice. Read Heroes and Origins for character creation and the peoples of the setting. Learn to Play and Solo Journey offer ways to explore the game in action.
