EREVATH — The Ever-Threaded Continent Copy link
Erevath is Rhuna’s most populous and politically volatile continent—the place where the Threads pulse with the greatest intensity, and where they are most dangerously fragile. Beneath its layered landscapes lies a buried sliver of Vel: Chaos unmade but never erased. This dormant wound breathes subtly through the land, warping fate, ambition, and memory in ways few can name, but many feel.
Its name, Erevath, means Ever-Threaded—a title earned in the earliest ages, when the young Astrals were deceived by Xantyr, Deity of Fate, into weaving unstable Threads directly into the land itself. From that divine miscalculation arose a continent of breathtaking beauty and constant tension, where reality is richly empowered yet perpetually strained. Even the wind here carries echoes of celestial error, and the soil remembers every choice ever made upon it.
Erevath is not merely inhabited—it listens.

A Continent Divided Copy link
Erevath is broadly divided into four major realms—North, West, East, and South—each shaped by distinct divine legacies, mortal cultures, and historical scars. Binding them all are the Central Wildlands, the oldest living heart of the continent, and the ever-expanding Witherlands, where the Threads unravel into silence.
THE NORTHERN REALMS — Stone, Flame, and Reflection Copy link
The north is a land of cold endurance and ancient power. Vast tundras, frozen forests, and jagged mountain chains dominate the region, shaped by divine manifestations that still walk openly among mortals.
• Esamar is the frozen domain of the Divine Karthine, centered on Karuhl Dyne, where star-ores fall from moonlit star-trees and reality is forged through reflection and ritual.
• Duranel, divided into North and South, is home to the Red and Blue Gahlians and the enduring Duranine. Forested highlands, glacial lakes, and fortified strongholds like Candemir and Othasem mark a land forged in adaptation, conquest, and survival.
• Kulmera, a mountainous frontier at the continent’s edge, is rumored to house sealed powers and forgotten Astral relics, watched by the enigmatic Daathru of Tyrith.
Here, divine presence is not myth—it is infrastructure.
THE WESTERN REALMS — Rebellion, Growth, and Shadow Copy link
The western reaches bear the scars of the War of Severed Threads, where divine conflict reshaped land and culture alike.
• Vahlwood, sacred and volatile, is the living domain of the Kalthir, where the Violet Thread runs thick and nature responds emotionally to imbalance.
• Erendor stands as a scholarly stronghold of memory and restraint, guarding ancient Thread-lore and lost histories.
• Meridia, born from the collapse of ten Nuhlrin empires, rises as a disciplined, post-divine power, ruled from Vanthis and driven by order, strategy, and calculated expansion.
• The Strand, a marshland of exile and shadow, shelters outcasts, pirates, and those severed from their original cultures—many of whom would not survive elsewhere.
This is a realm of quiet resistance and unspoken power, where influence often outweighs force.
THE EASTERN REALMS — Sand, Sky, and Ruin Copy link
The east is a land of contradiction—beauty suspended over devastation, culture thriving beside catastrophe.
• Asherak, a harsh desert of glassy plains and tribal Uthuru nations, is scarred by ancient faultlines and roaming Wither anomalies.
• Imarand flourishes along sacred sands and mirage-coasts, home to the artistic Imari and the visionary Pahric. Here, illusion, expression, and divine perception blur.
• Demuria, floating beyond normal time, drifts offshore—a sacred Pahric realm of libraries, observatories, and hourglass-islands where reality flows unevenly.
• At the region’s heart lie the Witherlands, born from Vel’s lingering corruption—an ever-spreading expanse where memory dissolves, Threads decay, and even gods tread lightly.
The East is both warning and promise: creation and annihilation in uneasy proximity.
THE SOUTHERN REALMS — Trade, Harmony, and Balance Copy link
The south is vibrant, dangerous, and interconnected—a crossroads where mortal ingenuity flourishes under divine scrutiny.
• Corvia dominates the mainland, ruled by its Six Guild Houses and bound by coin, contract, and calculated neutrality.
• Ulden, jewel-lit and subterranean, is home to the Ezhani, whose golden wings and harmonic cities glow beneath the earth.
• Zaltanye, a blinding land of diamond deserts and sacred pyres, marks the domain of Zal’s divine Order.
• Offshore lies Ank Vahl, the sacred island crowned by the Rhunatha Tree—the living mind and memory of the planet itself, and the ultimate symbol of Balance.
Here, commerce, diplomacy, and divine law intertwine, shaping the fate of the world quietly but decisively.
THE CENTRAL WILDLANDS & THE WITHERLANDS Copy link
At Erevath’s core lie the Central Wildlands, untamed and ancient—where pre-mortal magics, rogue factions, and forgotten beings still roam. This land resists ownership, responding instead to resonance and intent.
Encroaching upon it are the Witherlands, a spreading void born of chaotic influence and divine neglect. Where the Wither takes hold, Threads unravel, form degrades, and history itself is consumed. Entire regions have vanished into its dark silence.
A Living Continent Copy link
Life on Erevath walks a blade-thin line between brilliance and collapse.
Within Bound cities, solar lattices hum, alchemical railways run on fusion-stone, and skyships trace glowing trade routes through the air. Beyond the walls lie lawless frontiers, Wither-scarred plains, and ruins where reality twists into impossible geometries.
Erevath is a land of divine echoes and mortal defiance, of cursed inheritance and unrelenting hope.
It is not merely a place.
It is a story still being written.
And the Threads remember.
