Destiny Tokens represent the influence of fate, fortune, and personal significance upon a Hero’s journey. Unlike Favor, Destiny belongs directly to the Hero and exists inside the Hero’s Performance Bag. Each Hero carries both a FORTUNE (FOR) and FATE (AGAINST) Destiny Token, which may be drawn during a Performance like any other token. Normally, these tokens contribute their standard printed value. During a Breakthrough Moment, however, a drawn Destiny Token is flipped to its Breakthrough side, awakening its greater effect for that Performance. FORTUNE increases the Hero’s result, while FATE reduces it.
Destiny Tokens are unique to Hero Bags and are never drawn from the WorldKeeper’s Favor Bag. The Favor Bag contains its own separate Gold tokens representing cosmic FOR and AGAINST influences, with different values and rules.

Birth Signs and birthdays provide narrative associations only. They do not automatically activate a Legacy marker, a Chronicle or Bond, or a later Destiny draw. Use the general Favor rules when calling Favor.
Chronicles and Bonds remain story records developed through play. Their progression does not follow an automatic Birth Sign → Favor → Destiny trigger chain.
